Excellent Customer Service

Excellent service. Great appliances. They replaced the original fridge that was not working properly due to shipping damages. After sending an email to the address on the label and explaining what the issue was, they sent a brand new fridge that is working great. I am very pleased with the appliance and the service.

Excellent price, Well put together. One issue needed solving.

-Comparatively lowest price for the function (beverage + wine).
-Good documentation.
-Fits nominal 0.75L bottles, but not 1.5L.
-2 champagne fit in bottom of each compartment
- Slightly more noise than expected, but I've yet to install under counter system.

One issue: Pulling out beverage shelves. If loaded with cans in front, the shelf tips and falls out, and cans go rolling on floor.
My fix: Attached fixed weight to very rear of each beverage shelf. I used a clay brick, cut off 1" (to fit crosswise) and stood on side edge to take least space. Steel wire holds in place. Doing this, problem is solved. Shelves are still removable for cleaning/adjusting, but you just need to be more intentional about doing so.
